Genuine teas
Black tea – a fully fermented tea which when infused has stimulating effects and a delicious taste. The best-known are Ceylon, Assam, Darjeeling, Yunnan and Pu-erh, to name just a few. Green tea – is a kind of tea that does not undergo the oxidation process, and keeps all its active substances and green colour. It is refreshing and beneficial to our health. There are a large number of variants of green tea. The best-known include the Japanese Bancha, Sencha and Genmaicha, the Chinese jasmine or gunpowder tea. Oolong – is a partially oxidized tea somewhere in between black and green teas. The infusion is yellow in colour and it has a characteristic taste. There is a lot to discover all the time.
